Each jar of our honey is produced and packaged with care, respect for nature, and attention to quality.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- This right is provided in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
2. Return Eligibility
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Due to food safety regulations, opened or unsealed food products are not eligible for return.

- Please include your order number and the reason for your request.
- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
